Tell us about the position you want to fill. We want to to know all about it, the type of skills and background the person will need. Tell us what you want and don't want, we need to know it all.
From all the information that you give us about the position you want to fill, we will draft an advert that is focused on generating the right quality and quantity of applicants.
Once you have agreed the advert we will place it across the job board network that we use and then send you links to it so you can see it live.
As applicants apply they are received in to our Applicant Managerment System and we can accept their CV's or make them complete an application form. We also ask a few questions to help make decisions.
To make sure the advert is getting the correct calibre of applicant we look at your position every day for the first few days. This is so we know the advert is working, and if not we can make changes to it.
You can login to our Applicant Management System anytime and you will clearly see the people that have applied to your job advert. You can then review their details and contact the relevant people.
Either using our system or contacting people directly, you can start the process of inviting people for interview. Our Applicant Management System has the ability to organise this for you and we show you how to do this.
After 28 days of advertising the adverts on the jobboards will close and applications will not be received after this date. If you need to close the campaign earlier, then let us know and we will sort that out for you.
After you have interviewed you can use the Applicant Management System to send emails that decline nterviewees and also send job offer email's to them. You can attach documents, like offer letters, to the emails should you wish to.
We invoice you when the advert goes live and you have 30 days in which to pay. In the case of 5 or 10 adverts, we invoice you the full amount when the first advert goes live. We offer a 5% discount for payment being made immediately.
No. Our advert distribution is fixed and we will give advice at the outset on if we feel we can get applicants for your position. We will tell you if we don’t think we will get a good response.
Our service is that of an advertiser and we will try our hardest fill your position but we do not offer a guarnetee that you recruit.
No. There are no additional charges to pay. We are a recruitment advertiser so once the advert is live the bulk of our work has happened.
Yes. We charge a small fee of £99+vat per job and we will review all the applicants and assist in arranging the interviews
We fill most of the jobs we work on, but not all. It’s hard sometimes to fill some and we like a challenge but we’re not liars so we will tell you what we think the chances of filling your position are.
